OGMAI places particular importance on the confidentiality of the ideas, documents, media and personal information entrusted to the platform.
This policy explains what information may be collected when you use OGMAI, why it is used, with whom it may be shared and what rights you may exercise.

Subscriptions and payments
OGMAI may retain information relating to your subscription, credits used, transactions and invoices.
Full bank card details are not stored by OGMAI when payment is processed by a payment provider such as Stripe.
Communications
When you contact us, we may retain your message, your email address and the information necessary to process your request.
Affiliation and referral
When the affiliation or referral program is used, OGMAI may process reference identifiers, attribution information, conversions and data necessary for the calculation and payment of commissions.
Connected services
If you choose to connect a third-party service, for example a social network, OGMAI may receive the information necessary to enable that connection and to carry out the actions you have authorized.
3. Why do we use this information?
We use the necessary information in particular to:
- create and manage your account;
- provide OGMAI’s features;
- save and synchronize your projects;
- process your requests for generation, analysis, organization or transformation of content;
- enable requested exports and publications;
- manage subscriptions, credits and payments;
- ensure the security of the platform;
- diagnose errors and improve the reliability of the service;
- respond to support requests;
- fight fraud and abusive use;
- manage affiliation programs;
- comply with our legal obligations.
We seek to limit collection to the information necessary for the identified purposes.
4. Content and artificial intelligence services
OGMAI is a platform for creation and organization assisted by artificial intelligence.
When you request an operation using an AI model, certain information necessary for that operation may be transmitted to the selected technical provider.
This may notably include:
- a prompt;
- an excerpt from a project;
- a text;
- an image;
- a file;
- references necessary for the requested generation.
OGMAI seeks to transmit only the elements necessary to carry out the requested action.
AI providers may differ depending on the function or model chosen. The processing carried out by these providers may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
5. Your ideas and your content
Your use of OGMAI does not transfer to OGMAI the ownership of your works, ideas, texts, images or other content.
OGMAI processes this content in order to provide the requested functions and to ensure the operation of the service.
OGMAI does not sell your personal information to advertisers.
6. Providers and subcontractors
OGMAI uses technical providers necessary for the operation of the service.
They may notably intervene for:
- hosting and infrastructure;
- storage;
- authentication;
- payments;
- emails;
- technical analysis;
- generation by artificial intelligence;
- multimedia services;
- integrations with third-party services.
These providers should only receive the information necessary to provide the service in question.
7. Stripe and payments
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another specialized provider.
OGMAI does not normally receive full bank card numbers.
We may however receive and retain information such as:
- payment status;
- amount;
- currency;
- subscription;
- transaction identifier;
- information necessary for invoices and account management.
8. Third-party services and social networks
You may choose to authorize OGMAI to interact with certain third-party services.
For example, a LinkedIn connection may allow OGMAI to publish content on your account only within the limits of the authorizations you have granted.
You may withdraw an authorization from the service in question or from OGMAI when this option is available.
9. Cookies and local storage
OGMAI may use cookies or comparable technologies necessary in particular to:
- maintain a session;
- remember certain preferences;
- ensure security;
- measure or diagnose the operation of the platform;
- attribute a referral or affiliation.
Certain cookies are essential to the operation of the service.
If analytics or tracking tools requiring consent are used, they must be managed in accordance with the applicable rules.
10. Retention
Personal information is retained only as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or to satisfy a legal obligation.

OGMAI selects its providers taking into account, among other things, the nature of the data processed, the function provided and the available protection measures.

OGMAI implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in particular against:
- unauthorized access;
- loss;
- unauthorized modification;
- disclosure;
- abusive use.
However, no computer system can guarantee absolute security.
13. Your rights
Depending on your place of residence and the applicable laws, you may notably request:
- whether OGMAI holds personal information about you;
- access to that information;
- its rectification when it is inaccurate;
- its deletion when the law permits;
- the withdrawal of a consent where the processing relies on it;
- information about its use or communication;
- in certain cases, its portability.

14. Account and data deletion
When an account deletion feature is available, it may be used to request the closure of the account.
